  • Who is the provider?
    TrueConnect is a voluntary benefit designed for all individuals regardless of their financial status — no credit, poor credit or great credit — by providing access to financial support for any of life's events.

  • Who in my family is eligible for this program?

    All are welcome to create a TrueConnect account, and most benefits are available to all individuals right now.

     

    To be eligible for the No Credit Check Advance program, you must be employed for 12 months with Graham Packaging Company. This option is not available to residents of New Jersey. It utilizes time of employment and income for loan approval.

    • How much?

  • How much does this coverage cost?
    TrueConnect is free for all individuals. Your account is free, and all program use is free. The only program that may come with a cost is the Debt Management program if you decide to move forward with the debt management strategy they present to you. Otherwise, TrueConnect is a no-cost program for all.

  • What if my employment status changes?
    If your employment status changes from Graham Packaging Company, you will lose access to your TrueConnect account. If you are utilizing the No Credit Check Advance, any outstanding loan balance will be repaid through ACH and you will need to call 561-270-5981 to get this set up. If you are utilizing any of the other programs, you will still be able to continue using these accounts and programs; however you will have to visit their site directly to login versus accessing through TrueConnect.

  • How does the No Credit Check Advance work?
    For loans ranging between $1,000 and $5,000, anyone is open to apply with no credit report needed as long as you have been employed by Graham Packaging Company for 12 months and are not a resident of New Jersey. Applying for this loan will not affect your credit score. When you apply for a loan, your employment information is provided to TrueConnect to confirm your eligibility. Once approved, you will then choose your loan amount, sign your documents and instruct the bank where to deposit your money–all online. Your loan will be repaid from your authorized payroll deductions, based on the payment schedule set forth in the loan agreement, beginning on your scheduled payday. You may repay the loan early without penalty if you wish.

  • How long does the No Credit Check Advance approval process take?
    You can apply online in minutes and will receive funds deposited directly into your bank account within 24 hours. Qualified applicants may receive their funds as soon as the same day!

  • Is my employer loaning me the money in the No Credit Check Advance?
    No. Loans are supplied through an independent partnership and are funded by TrueConnect’s preferred banking partners.
