    Your coverage typically starts the day after you sign up for it. The licensed insurance agent can confirm the exact date when you call.

  • I don’t own a home. Why would I need renters insurance?

    Your landlord’s insurance policy probably only covers the building or apartment where you live (the physical structure), but not your belongings or your liability for accidents.

Progressive - Once enrolled, you'll receive either a welcome letter in the mail or an email that contains important policy information.

Liberty Mutual - Once enrolled, you will receive a policy packet via email or mail that will contain all the information on the insurance product purchased. The packet will have information on how to service your account or file a claim, if need be.

Farmers - New customers will receive the following via mail in their new business policy and renewal packages: Declarations Page (for auto and home coverage), Policy/Contract (for auto and home coverage), and two ID cards per vehicle (for auto coverage only).

Travelers - Once insured, you will receive a welcome letter or email from Travelers with information on how to create your online account for access to your Travelers policy information.
